The Role
Crescat Digital are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic member of staff for a permanent Digital Account Executive position. The role is full-time, with a mix of remote working and occasional days at our offices in Crawley. The position offers flexi-hours, a generous pension scheme, and exciting work with a team of talented and friendly people. On top of that, we offer private healthcare and a 4-day work week on completion of your 6-month probation.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Digital Account Executive will provide a supporting role in delivering excellent communication between the agency and a wide client portfolio.
This will be a fast paced and varied role, with each day being different and pivoting as the day progresses, dependant on client and business requirements. This role has a progression path from Digital Account Executive to Digital Account Manager.

What you should be able to provide the account manager:
- Be pro-active and take initiative where applicable
- Assist in building out a portfolio of department documentation for processes / procedures
- Assist in management of internal communications, knowledge sharing and client updates
- Assist in data gathering, testing and raising dev tasks / issues
- Assist in identifying enhancements / improvements within the department and processes, bringing new ideas to streamline and build further efficiencies and client satisfaction
What they should be able to provide the clients:
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Via phone, email, instant message, project management tasks or in person.
- Good organisation and time management
- Ability to interpret questions or information, including technical details, and communicate them effectively between relevant teams and clients

Our team works semi-remotely. However, there will be an occasional requirement to visit our Crawley office for internal staff days and client meetings. For this reason, applicants must live within a reasonable travelling distance.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per year
